The Method

The 5-Finger Punch.

Five pillars. One protocol. Designed by an Army veteran who reversed his own type 2 diabetes and has since helped 80,000+ Indians get off insulin and metformin for good.

How the Punch lands

A 90-day reversal arc.

Days 1–14
Stabilise

Plate rebuild + 12:12 fasting window. Glucose curves flatten on CGM within a week.

Days 15–45
Mobilise

Movement stack + supplements layered in. Fasting window expands to 14:10 → 16:8.

Days 46–75
Reverse

Stress + sleep protocol activated. HbA1c starts trending down. Medication often halved by day 60.

Days 76–90
Sustain

Identity shift. The protocol becomes how you live — not what you do.

The fingers form a fist when you're ready.

The BBDO app guides all five pillars day by day, with CGM-aware coaching from Col. Guha's team. Be first in line.

Frequently Asked

The Method, demystified.

How the five pillars fit together, sequence, and personalise to your body.

  • Type 2 diabetes is not caused by sugar alone, or inactivity alone, or stress alone — it is the compound interest of all five going wrong at once. Fixing one moves the needle by 10–15%. Fixing all five together is what produces full reversal.

  • No. The protocol is sequenced. We start with Food and Fasting in the first 30 days because they produce the fastest CGM wins. Movement, Supplements and Stress are layered in once your baseline metabolism is stabilised.

  • Your starting plate, fasting window, movement load and supplement stack are calibrated to your HbA1c, fasting insulin, CGM curve, body composition and current medication. Two BBDO members rarely follow the exact same plan in week one.

  • Yes. Every pillar has been adapted for vegetarian, Jain, eggetarian and non-vegetarian eaters. The plate sequencing and protein targets remain the same — the ingredients change.

  • Recommended at the start: HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipid profile, vitamin D, B12, and a 14-day CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) so we can see your real glucose curve, not just morning numbers.
