Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per the policy shown at checkout for your specific plan.

5. Intellectual property

All BBDO content (videos, articles, methodology, branding) is owned by BBDO. You may share for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

BBDO is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
